Any Help would be apreciated , I would class them as civic Structures , so they don't take lots.

Am I right or is there another reason , why this is hapening?

are you sure the gardens are taking your lots?

you will recive a email when laying a garden/other civi struckture - but you will not loose any lots by placing such things - ignore the mail and move along, all your lots are fine.

As stated in above post, gardens don't take up lots. If you want to some reassurance, Control+C and click on Personal to view how many lots you have left.

When I go to place a garden it says this structure requires 1 lot you currently have 0 Remaining.

Hmmm. You are not suppose to get that message. I would submit a bug report and a CSR ticket. I don't recall ever placing a garden or civic structure when I had 0 lots (I made sure I always had 2 free lots available to place small and medium houses for new residents). You may want to try and redeed something and retry placing the garden and then check to make sure it didn't take up a lot. Not much but I hope it helps.

Just a small thought, are you trying to place them on the very outskirts fo the city? If you are, you may actually be outside the boaders but just not have gotten the system message yet. Still wouldn't explain the 'no lots' message but it's a thought.

Have you reached the number of lots available for placing those items? There is a limit at each level of the city for the number of gardens, ect you can place. That may be why you are getting that message.
