The stuck in searching thing will drop in a day or two, I have that same problem from time to time. The only other thing to do is have a ranger track the "missing" trainer and see if he can locate it. It is a bug that they are aware of, but cant seem to figure out.

I have a trainer registering in my city report (1500 a week) that doesn't exist. CSR's in chat won't do anything in game & simply tell you to submit a ticket, my holocron is stuck on searching the knowledge base which is a step you have to do before you're allowed to submit a CSR ticket, and SOE won't answer the phone line for customer service. (they didn't answer it either of the times I called last week either)

I'm not sure what to do - it's 1500 a week, which isn't that much comparatively - but it's there, and it will be there if I decide to put down trainers in the future so that I will not be able to place the full amount I have due. Any suggestions? It's really irritating, so far I have no idea what it is - so I don't know if it will interfere with building or anything.

try placing a trainer and see if it registers the trainer in the number of trainers placed in the menu for placing one, it usually say like 5/12 placed or something like that

A CSR had mercy on me. It's fine now. Another instance of the profession forums being invaluable.
