just starting a city on dant and have 2 quick questions

1. how often are elections these days?i keep hearing 1 week and some people say 3 weeks

2. if the answer to1 is 3 weeks is this also how often you gain xp?

You gain a base rate of 750xp per week just for being Mayor. You get exp from actual votes at the end of 3 week period of voting cycle. Think that the exp from actual votes is calculated at 3 times the amount it used to be under old system. Under old system you would get it every week from votes now you get it in one lump sum at end of 3 weeks, but only from live votes. No more exp from inactive citizens.

Question I have just the novice Politician box and no XP as I just placed my City. At present I'm looking at 8400 xp (28 citizens X 300 xp per vote). Will thx XP cap when I will not be able to use any of it?
