Just as the title states, can a cantina after being placed by a master be transferred to a non-master? We are looking at having one placed for us but need to hold the lots ourselves and would just be paying the master for placement services.

No.

But the master that places it can drop the needed skill and still retain the ownership.

Are you sure???? i would like to know for a fact.

I know a master merchant can place a tent then drop eff4 and it still be there.

You cant transfer a cantina, hospital, merchant tent to a player that dont own those skills.

But can you drop the skill and it stay up? Facts?

I know you can drop skills required to place a theater and it stays. CAnnot confirm ofther buildings. Note the skill description too: "Ability to place..."

I own a cantina and I can verify that you CAN drop master Musician and still retain the cantina. It will work in all its functions and you can pay maintance. however it cannot be transfered but to a master Dancer/Music
