Anyone deal with this yet. Our city was the 2nd or 3rd on Naboo on Bria.. we updated each week to Level 4 then decided we like level 4 and decided to stick with level 4 for a while. Now we wanted to place Exotic gardens so we made a citizen push to level 5 to get the gardens. On the update we got an error saying the cap was reached. However we are paying level 5 fees, I can place exotic gardens, but we did not get the level 5 title nor the extra 50M. Has anyone had any CSR help with this.. my understanding is that cities at level 4 or above should be able to go back and forth between 4 and 5 as the patch note very clearly stated Naboo get 10 level 4 or above cities..

Any ideas? I want my 50M im payin' for it

From the Dec 16th patch notes..

Player Cities: The number of Player Cities has currently been doubled, making the caps to 20 for all planets that are currently 10 and 50 for all planets that are currently at 25. The new limits are as follows (The first number is the total cap. The second is how many can be rank 3 or above. The third is how many can grow to rank 4 or above.):

I think Baj touched on this in the new faq or another thread I happened upon but it goes like this. Only 10 cities can get to rank 4 or above, but something got buggy and only 5 cities can hit metropolis and 5 stay at city. Now you having all the stuff a metropolitan center entails just not 50 meters seems sorta odd so it may be a different bug. CSR's can manually crank cities up a rank so that could fix it.

I have the same problem on Naboo on Naritus. CSR ticket came back with "we can't help you". I have an email dialog going with a CSR who said he'd talk to a dev to try to get it fixed...nothing yet.
