OK I have a quick question about politician.. I have alot of extra skill points so i wanted to give this a go. The mayor of our city resigned but our city is pretty high level. If i were to win mayorship does all the items he placed (terminals, vendors, city status (research center)) disappear? I would hate for that to happen. Please help.

As long as the city maintains its current rank, then everything will stay in its place.

As the other guy said, you won't lose anything with you stepping in. You can't change anything or place anything new until you get the appropriate skill level.

This is how I became mayor of Mos Mesric. You won't lose anything at all but you can't change anything in town until you have earned the skills to do so. Good luck to you, I hope you enjoy being Mayor
