Hi;

This may have already been beat to death but I can't seem to find it in my panick...

My city was supposed to have updated 7 hours ago. However, I received no XP as mayor and when I look at the city advancement option from the City Management Terminal all I get is a "city update: error" message.

I've seen this happen while the city was updating. However, it seems like a 7 hour update process is a really, really long time.

Has anyone seen this? Am i freaking out over nothing? Will the city update eventually? Without a timer even ticking will the city update ever again?

Same thing with me, just did a bug report.. but my city updated 6 hours ago... I got the email and all that jazz.. but NO exp!

My city has been in the update process now for 12 hours and counting. I've found some posts that talk about similar problems. Has anyone's city taken this long to update.

The status Error means that your city is currently in the process of updating. You will only get your xp or city advancement once the updating process has continued.

Vodo-Siosk never updates for more than a few hours; however, i have heard reports of some cities taking up a few days. This is a known issue, but it wouldn't hurt to bother a CSR a few times.

Thanks. I've submitted a ticket. Now the race is on... Which will come first, CSR response or city update finishes...
