Politician Archive

I was only a Politician long enough to place a city hall and then be voted out in a week. I do think that Politicians should get some kind of Politician garb. Some decorative robes or dress jackets and such. Something to give you guys more status and make it more obvious that you are politicians. What do you guys think?

I want, more then many things, a 3 piece suit!!! Why is that so hard to ask? I can either be wearing a shirt and a vest or a shirt and a coat but not all 3 at the same time, gah what is the reasoning behind that?

Yes! I am about to become a Master Politician, and I want a nice outfit to show it!

Well, as a tailor, I'd love to get some new schematics! But as far as we've heard, the chef clothing will not be only wearable by chefs. So even though they seem to be interested in adding in clothing appropriate for the various professions, those items will probably be able to be worn by anyone.

There are actually some great clothes in game that practically scream "I'm a politician!" The Robe of Honor and Double Robe could definately be formal robes of state. For the ladies, a lot of the dress schems are extremely underused. The tailor-made Robe (which is actually a dress, not a robe) is my current favorite, I'm wearing that matched with one of the twi'lek headdresses and it's a great look. Also the loot-only Robe (also called "Robe" for some reason) would be a great outfit for the mayor of a battle-oriented city, or maybe for the mayor of a town on one of the more frontier planets. You could also try and find a necklace, a little bit of flashiness could help you look more official. They're a little hard to find, because the preview in the examine window has been broken almost since release, but you can find a tailor to custom make you one.

No one wants new schematics more than me, but with the way the tailor profession has been progressing, a wide variety of new schems seems a long time away...

Alot of things seem like a looong time away

My daily clothing is a suit of Marauder armor. Goes nicely with the Warmaster title. My dress clothing is a dark jedi robe that someone got for me as a loot drop.

New outfits would be great, but I would really love to put the mayor title over my head.

I want a +50 to all stats for my alternate account to make up for the wasted points I put into politician.
