Is it me or are militia able to grant zoningrights to everybody.. except they can't build themself a thing?

Aint it kinda weird that someone who can give someone the right to build doesn't have the right to build himself???

or is there a way to fix it which i don't know? /grant <ownnick> doesn't do a thing.

the only person in the city that doesn't need to be granted zoning rights is the mayor, yea its dumb, but what ya gonna do?

Indeed. He can give everybody zoningright but when he needs to check something, for example if it's the right spot where others may build he needs again the mayor for the zoningright. What's the use then.

It's easy to fix in the game. And in my opinion it's a fault in the game. Hope somebody higher up can give an answer why things are done like they are atm. I'm more then willing to discusse it.
