We have 14 declaired residence in our city 3 accounts are mine, and i have setup 3 houses and declaired residence for each one of my characters. And when I placed the deed it only says there are 4 citizens. All the houses are within 100m of the city hall, And only 1 of my characters is listed as a citizen and he lives the farthest out of everyone in my city.

So my question is, why is everyone not showing up as a citizen? even though they have a declaired with in city bounderies?

It sucks as i only have 24 hours to figure out the problem or I will loose the City Hall

Did you and your friends press resident before the cityhall deed was placed? Ask them to enter there houses and see if that changes anything. Or press resident agian.

I would suggest having then try to re-declare their residence. If it gives you the message that you have to wait 24 hours before declaring again, write a CSR ticket out immediatly, and explain to then you placed the houses first declared residence, then placed the City Hall, and now the residents are not being merged in, and you need to have them so you can keep the City. Have the Mayor make the ticket and put it in the Player City catagory.

Right, usually they have to enter their house after the city hall is placed to basically register their residence if they have already declared. At least, that is the way it used to be.
