When are the devs planning to up the cap for cities? I was under the impression they were going to do this with each publish. I guess I was wrong. I couldn't place the deed today to get things going.

You sir are oficially screwed like the rest of the galaxy.. See the thread about the city ranks cappeed before you decide to go forward and strand your members and citizens in the center of some sh!thole planet. Makes for bitter residence... trust me..lol
