Please post details and facts (please no rants or opinions).
Maybe from this data we can figure out the mechanics of this change and answer some of those questions we all have.

I lost no citizens when the patch went live, so I am guessing the counter begins as of today. I definitely know at least 3 citizens from my guild have not been online for 6 weeks or more.
Would be interested to see if anyone else lost any though.

I think Aylish is probably correct. I lost no citizens and I was positive one would be gone since no one has seen him since mid-December. I have another that I think got his account banned around the same time and he's still a citizen too. I will post when they both disappear.

Didn't lose anyone either. I was expecting to lose 4 for sure.
So either timer starts now, or at update. (I update later tonight)

Since I'm not mayor, I don't get the emails, but I did see a drop of 1 person in our count. I'm assuming it's either "counting from today"...or...will hit us when we update.
