I am in a guild of approximately 20 people and we are thinking of starting a city.
Is there currently any places available on Corellia??
Is there a cap on the number of cities on a planet?
Thanks

City Caps as of the December 16 Update:
"... limits are as follows (The first number is the total cap. The second is how many can be rank 3 or above. The third is how many can grow to rank 4 or above.):
Corellia: 20, 15, 10
Dantooine: 50, 30, 20
Lok: 50, 30, 20
Naboo: 20, 15, 10
Rori: 50, 30, 20
Talus: 50, 30, 20
Tatooine: 20, 15, 10"
I thought I read somewhere that outposts don't count toward the cap, but can't seem to find it now.
As for whether Corellia on your server has reached the cap, I would guess yes, unless you have a particularly low server population. You could go for a ride around the planet and count the cities, using your planetary map to find Cantinas is one way to spot the level 2+ cities that can't or don't register on the map. Or look for mission terminals and trainers on the planetary map that appear where there is no city marked. Or you could see if your server forum will give you the info. Or ... you could just try and place a hall and see what the message is
