I need in game support fast!
Can anyone help me figure out the fastest way to get it?

I logged on this morning and my town is gone!!!

Yesterday i spent the entire day making sure our new mayor had the lead in a race.
The old mayor feeling confident went ahead and deleted his toon.

I log in today and the town is gone!!!!!! completely gone!!!

uh...you realy should have wated till the election went threw.....when he delited it every thing that he/she placed poofs....whatever that happens to be....

maby you can get help from the live chat in the start up.....but more than likley they will no be able to do any thing becouse it was an acution taken by the account holder....but i wish you the best og luck...

OK I need to verify that it has been confirmed through visual contact the old mayor did not delete.

We are at a loss, People can port into the city and people can use the cloning center, which is not there btw, but our town is not on the map. If you had an existing ticket to Palp then you can use it but you can't buy new ones. go figure.

that is mosat deff....a huge bug.....have others...as in outsiders seen this with there own eyes?

It could just be invisible, happens all the time to my PA hall and the entire city on 3 non consecutive occasions. Just relog a few times and if it is still gone then file for a CSR.

This happened to a city on Shadowfire. The mayor had a tantrum and deleted her toon, and the entire city vanished.

Good news though! A CSR was able to restore the entire city. All residents were lost however, so the race is on to get 55 to redeclare inside a week to save the shuttleport.

it is a rare, but known bug. One of the Kauri cities poofed for no reason. Logg a CSR ticket. They shouldbe able to restore the city.
