I do not know if this has been addressed.

Player City Shuttle have a base price (200 to another Player City or 250 to an existing City). When I buy a ticket from the Player City I reside in to Agro Outpost on Dantooine I get charged 250 (base price) plus 100 (my City's shuttle tariff) for a grand total of 350. When I do this a message shows that tells me that the GTC got 250 and the City 100.

That is fine and works as it should.

When I buy a round trip ticket things begin to fall apart. The GTC price for a round trip ticket without a city tariff to the same outpost is 500cr. When I buy a roundtrip ticket one would expect 200cr to go to City Shuttle Tariff. It does not. Instead one gets the message that 600cr has went to the GTC and only the same 100cr went to tariffs.

Can you explain why I must still pay 700? 700 minus 500 (GTC) minus 100 (City Tariff) leaves 100 that the GTC gets but should rightly go to City Hall.

Since it is a round trip ticket its like you are buying the ticket back from the existing city and therefore the city doesnt get a tariff. The money you recieved for the city is only for the ticket out, not the ticket in.

I think thats how it is, I may be wrong.

Agro Outpost does not have a City Shuttle Tarif is my point. Even if the money went to the player City i was travelling to I would be fine with that. But since it is charged whether I go to a PC City or an NPC City I do not think that is the way it works.

I haven't checked recently so I don't know if it has been changed/stuffed up recently.

When shuttleports first went down we tested this, and basically the roundtrip ticket just doubles the cost as if you bought two tickets from the shuttleport of origin.

i.e. From NPC city like Theed, to shuttleport PC City A (with 100 credits fee), you pay lets say 350 credits for a one way trip. If you buy a roundtrip you pay 700 credits (350 doubled doesn't take into account the fee on the other end). Do the same from the PC city to the NPC city and you'll pay 900 or something (450 doubled) and the city still onlygets its 100 credits.

Yeah its screwed up.

I think you guys have it right. The shuttle only knows to charge one tax per ticket purchase, and it doesn't have any way to double the tax in case it is really two tickets that have been purchased.

I have a bigger concern with the shuttle tax, which is that it still appears to be reset to 100 on a regular basis in my city. Is anyone else still seeing this?

I am. Resets to 100cr tax with the server, every morning. Stinks too, b/c I had origionally set up my taxes to mainly use tickets sales, due to the city being next to a prime POI. Then again... the POI is the Crystal Caves on Dantooine, which has since been...... erm, kinda nerfed.

This has been the case ever since I got my shuttle, first player shuttle on Corellia - Intrepid. We wanted to create a more "competitive" price of 50-75 credits. Every day it reset to 100 and every day I set it back, until I said screw it and left it at 100. No one seems to care anyway.

Just make sure you don't set it to 0. That will disable the shuttleport (from experience).

Yep, this is still the case. And I'm not even totally convinced this 100 credits is actually going into our treasury... Watching the treasury level closely as people buy tickets doesn't seem to show an increase.. Where's that broken down income report we've been begging for since day one?
