Hi guys,

I need some good ideas for running a city hunt event. The main basis of this would be to raise money for the city. How do you guys do it? Do all participants give 100% to the city, or is it like a fee-based event where they pay say, 50% to the city, or something else?

Also what do you mainly hunt when you do this?

This week our Mayor sent out an email proposing city hunts. All proceeds would be donated to city treasury. We have been tax free from our start and still are. One of our other citizens thought we should do some krayt missions for variety. Our artisans and entertainers would do their own missions...hunters and warriors their own.

Sounds like a good idea to us...

We've done a couple of missions that were city based. I led the hunting expedition and just told people to donate to me what they thought appropriate at the end of the night's work (minus their own fees for transportation, supplies, buffs, etc). We ended up donating about 300k that night to the city.
