Hey all... I know this has been a big issue for everyone... I was finally able to move mine the other day after unsuccessfully redeeding it many times for it only to pop back into the same place the next day...

Try to set your travel tax to 0cr (yes, zero) and then redeed the shuttleport.... You should then be able to place a new one elsewhere in your city... but beware, this may leave the hulking shell of the old shuttleport in place, and in active.

I needed to do this because a neighboring city's shuttleport was obscuring our name on the travel map... but now we are both clearly visible. Try it out if you really need it moved, but there is some left-over baggage as a result... I'm gonna try and get a CSR to remove it tonight... *crosses fingers* wish me luck.
