Thread: Is there an answer somewhere on Research Centers???
Master architect with +43 WDG crafting station and 14.99 WDG crafting tools. Five crit failures today in a row while trying to make a schematic for a crafting tool. This is not a rare occurence, it's common for me. I think my city is wasting it's money on being a Research center.

I dropped that city specification for that reason alone more people in the city complained of More critical failures when we had it then with out it. we tested it with a master BE and Master Artisan and had better results with out the Research center. Chances are it's broken just like the Chef foods and they just ahve not announced it until the decide to Fix it with a new publish then there will be a sudden mention that it works.
But before they do that they have to roll Corvette out. Probbaly because one of the Dev's just bought himself a corvette with all the freaking money those guys make over at SOE off us. Their little have to roll out this instead of Lets fix broken crap.
Question: Does it make any sense to nerf panicshot along with warcry? they are two differnt things with a similar response but instead of nerfing a basic skill level's 1 of 2 redeeming abilities, they decide to nerf them both. Does not Smuggler alone have enough issues with an entire skill branch up the tree baing an entire useless waste of points and xp? (underworld) seriously why nerf it's redeeming ability for the smuggler to defend themselves with panic shot.
