Hi everyone.
I want to place a city and I was curious how do I find out what planets I can place on. Like which ones have slots free to placing city halls.

Unfortunately, the only REAL way to do this is to try and place a city hall on a planet.
You could also try going to all the registered cities to see how big they are, but keep in mind that Outposts and Villages do not have a register option, and some cities and higher don't even register.
