Make it so that the only ppl that can take out a Bounty on someone are in low numbers and have to be Imperial/Rebel. Master Politician would be the perfect choice. The politician would have to pay a Faction Recruiter a LARGE chunk of Credits/Faction Points (ie. 1million credits) and make the Reward either what the Politician sets it at (and has to pay to the Recruiter) or make it a flat rate set by the Dev's. Also once the Mark is dead all other Bounty Hunters with his make are expired. Now the guy who has a Bounty on him should be emailed in game that the Imperial/Rebel Army has taken out a bounty on him (so they dont know what Politician sold them out) Heres the best part! Just like a Jedi, all the PlayerBH missions from the Terminal should Lose 1 random skill box! and lets not forget that if a BH is to lose against his Mark he should be black listed for X amount of time from the BH mission Terminals or at least the Jedi/Player missions. You could also set up a system so that if a BH loses to meny times they Automaticly end up on the BH terminals as a mark.

This would spice up things in meny ways!
