i read all the stickys and check some of the old post and could find out what happens to the city if you don't get the 10 citizens before the 24hours is up?

the city will fail and city hall will be removed. so you better have people ready to go. i think i remember hearing if it fails 3 times you would be concidered a failed politican and wont be able to try again. so make sure you have 10 people before you place it.

Greetings there.
If you dont get your 10 citizens after 24 hours, the city hall will blow up (not litteraly) and the city you tried to start is no more, the city hall deed will not be reclaimed, so make sure you have thoese 10 people from the start
