Thread: Old Citizens not removed when they moved to a new city?

Has anyone elase experienced the following problem?


I e-mailed mycitizens last night and 3 folks who have moved to, and registered in, a new town on another planet still got the e-mail. They double checked on their end and are sure they moved, but my city hall still shows them as citizens.


Any ideas why this might be happening?

yeah, it's bugged sometimes... have them come back to your city and manually take their name off the citizens list (in the city hall.)
