This CAN be paid by the mayor directly, correct? Or is it paid ONLY through taxes?


Also, shuttleport is for a Class IV city, correct? Which is 30 citizens? (Class V being 50?)

Level 4: City is 50 residents, and level 5: Metropolis is 80 residents. Level 4 is shuttleport, that is correct to the best of my knowledge.

Yeah they up the population needed to advance, lvl 1 is now 5, 2 is 15, 3 is 30, 4 is 50 and 5 is 80; but the shuttle port is still at lvl 4.

So do you need to shove 15 people in the size of the smallest city to be a level 2 city? Is that how it works?
