I want to place my house in the city on TC to help test bigger cities, but its location seems to be secret for some reason?

I believe that outside Bestine you can find QAville

I think there is another city on Tatooine as well

And there may be a couple cities on Corellia and Naboo

Yeah, just go on TC and check the planetary map. QAville and leetville are both outside of bestine.
