Is there a definite release date for politician?

my semi-informed gut tells me in the next 7 days when all the patching is complete and they hit the go button. I'm guessing the last code to go into the patch will be the ability to select policitan as a profession and the schematics for player buildings. along with the commands to make creatures mountable and the commands to mount them.
