Does the politician need to be a declared resident within the 150m starting radius?
Our city has a situation where our soon to be politician is just over 150m away from where we want to place the City hall. We have more than enough declared residents to start the city but we need to know if the politician has to be one of them.
And Id also like to know what happens to a persons declared residence status if they pick up their house. Is it stamped on the actual waypoint of land or is it in limbo if you pick up your home?
If someone could please answer these questions I would greatly appreciate it

I believe the city hall IS his residence, automatically.
