Hi i've had issues updating since week one, i was one of the ones who was plauged by the politician bugs with my city not updating like it should when it should and i just got it fixed this week, well the countdown begin as we all awaited the city to become a township and i could get the exp to place clone lab and bank. but 45 seconds on the city clock and when it reached zero nothing happened... instead i got this message when i checked for update again.

Next city update: Error

what is going on???? why wouldnt it update? this was like 5-10 minutes ago. what do i do?? someone please tell me its just a delayed reaction and its going to update today and im not bugged.. someone please tell me that is whats going on

we're all gonna be very dissapointed if i have to wait til next week for a CSR to fix it.

well thats a little reassuring... i haven't had a normal update yet so i dont know how they work. nor do i know what to do. should i contact a CSR or wait it out? its been a good while now...

my city update is on friday so i had to wait days for a CSR to come on and fix it, this is ridiculous, granted a CSR works its slow and its not necessary. i dont want to have to do this every single week. they need to fix the problem for good.

You are in the same boat as me my friend. We are screwed for the weekend. CSRs on Holiday break, the bug is NOT FIXED. Crap crap crap I am so pissed! Its just made WORSE by the fact that the bug is reported to be fixed, so I'm sure the CSR I deal with is going to be like "Well now, are you sure waited long enough?? It can take up to a week to receive your XP you know....."
