Thread: Are there caps on gardens ???

I can't seem to find this... I know what level your city has to be to place them, but is there a cap on how many you can have of each? or an overall cap?
I am planning some cities using the city planner on the net (very cool program, BTW) & want to make sure what I'm designing is even possible.

yes they count as civic structures so you max civic structure is you cap for gardens

Thanks, based on that I am one small garden over the limit... on paper anyway...

what rank is your city?
mine is a metroplis, but i dont have a big enough flat area to place the garden i want

This is a new design for a city that hasn't been built yet... It would be a level 4 easy, & there's still room to make it a level 5 without crowding the border. This design would require completely flat land with zero obstructions though, so I'll probably be sitting on this one a while. I had fun designing it though.
