New Kabala on Lok in the Lowca Galaxy is so close to level 3 that I can almost taste it.

We are 3 citizens shy of becoming a Level 3 city on Lok. This will give us the ability to register our city with the planetary map, a much sought after goal for our city since we founded it back in the summer of this year. it's been a slow go so far, but we're just about there.

our guild's doctor has been itching to drop his hospital in town, and soon he'll get to finally do that.

so here's my question. i think i get to place a cloner at this level as well. is it best to place it as soon as we hit 35, or should i wait and get a few more citizens in case someone who's been inactive for a long time ends up having his house vanish due to lack of maintenance?

Personally, I don't wait to do something till the maint on housing burns it down unless it absolutly has to go there. You're better off building around housing, and then building over it as it burns down. Otherwise you could be waiting for a LONG time.

i would place the cloner as soon as possible, reason being is because even if someones house burns down you still have the rest of that week/cycle for the city to update, so you will know if u need to pick up the cloner or not
