As a mayor if you feel you've had decorations disappear from view, but still remain on your city's list of payable items, contact us. We have a terminal that we can check in the city hall that will show us if there are 'invalid' decorations counting against your city: if we see those, we can remove them. (and you can save some money)
Additionally, if you have the general locations where something disappeared from, we can have a quick look under the terrain with wireframe view. Usually the sinking culprits are mission terminals dropped on a porch or steps, but I've seen other things bury themselves as well.
If you do contact us, include the waypoint for your city hall, and where the decorations were last seen at. (if you have those locations handy)
