Thread: Can you boot a citizen?

We have a citizen who is opposite faction now and kills overt or teffed players players who live there also. He can not be banned as a citizen. Is there a way to boot him? Our mayor says he has no option to.It is kind of a bigger city or I would just have him max the taxes out and refund the normal people.

Nope, in the past the only luck mayors have had is a buyout to clear unwanted citizens.

its sad but true. There needs to be an option for this. As it standsnow mayors have absolutely zero ability to deal with anything like this. it sux.

i spoke with a csr a few days ago about this same problem. we wanted someone to leave the town cuz they were no longer wanted or guilded to the city. one of the suggestions the csr gave me (which unfortunately its too late to use but it will come in handy sometime) was to do a contract with anyone moving into the city. make it say something to the effect of "if you leave the guild or are thrown from the guild you will remove all house and factories within the city limits". send it to the player moving in, have them "sign" it and email it back to you. keep it in your email folder until they mess us and you can give that email to the csr and they will move the persons house since it is a contract.

That CSR may have said that...but CSRs are like police/judge/jury. They can change their minds, and others don't have to do what other CSRs say......worth a shot tho...wonder if we could do the same with militia members...
They sign a contract not to place houses to create a hostile takeover of the city or they and all the houses will be moved....Just doesn't seem like that would work so well.....

I can not believe what i am hearing, its a very simple solution, everytime this guy is in your city overt, you get your squad together and you kill him, kill him enough times and he will stop. That is what a guild/city is for, grouping together and killing little bastaards
