Have they nerfed it so that tatooine gardens can be placed on Lok? Just as well, can any garden be placed on any planet?

Did you write that as intended? "Nerf" so that you "can" place? Normaly a nerf would be cutting someting, wouldn't it? Isn't the possibility of improved setting abilities an advantage?

None the less you could always do this ... there are certain "sister planets" you can place housings of a certain style ...

Naboo houses go on Naboo, Rori, Dantooine and Lok

Corellian houses go on Corellia, Talus, Dantooine and Lok

Tatooine houses go on Tatooine, Dantooine and Lok

At least that's how I read it once ... giving Dantooine and Lok a pretty wide variety of possibilities. Don't see a nerf though
