I am a bit confused since I personaly can ot find any detailed info on this class. HOLOCRON is no use! SKILL Tree definitions are of no use.

XP is once a week from elections only. 100XP per citizen who votes for you. If they do not vote, the incumbent gets the 100XP per citizen. So as long as nobody runs against you, then nobody really ahs to vote.
