Thread: Posted this in my galaxies forum, but thought the politician community should be aware as well

Ok so saturday my city refreshed 3 times in about 6 hours time. Credits were removed from the city as per the refreshes. CSR's responded rather quickly with replacing the lost credits rather quickly I might add.
So, fast forward to last night. I log in and get an email from one of my citizen saying that the cloning center and city hall were down to 70% in decay. Note: on friday they were 100%, since we always have enough cash to cover a weekly refresh. Apparently on the last refresh of saturday it knocked 30% damage on to the city hall and cloning center.
Upon verifying this issue I immediately sent in a CSR ticket, figuring it would be at least 2 days before I hear anything back. When I log in this afternoon I see that the ticket was responded to, and they would like the coordinates for my city so they can verify the loss and damage of the city. Added in the decay issue was a request to get some decorations back from the refresh bug from saturday.
I log in a few minutes ago to check my bazaar sales before I head to work, so I can see what I will need to do when I get home. And promptly get the message You have recieved an email. So I open my email and notice I have 1 email, and its from my CSR ticket. All my other mail was gone, deleted, removed, down to 1. So I check the ticket to see what the response is, and the CSR proceeds to tell me that they can find no evidence of lost items or decay.
**edit**!? If they hadnt deleted all my emails they would have found it. Instead it seems the CSR took the easy route and just deleted all the evidence. So for this I give the CSR's a heavy handed A+ of sarcasm. *sigh*

I have had several CSR "appear" in my city for many reasons. i find being increibly specific very helpful. I had a CSR go as far as to give me his email address so we could arrange a time where we could meet to give me my lost politician XP.
I would take screen shots of status screens of each building that is damaged and add to your ticket that you can prove your damage.
