Okay, decorations such as statues and streetlamps and fountains HAVE footprints, even though you don't place by footprints like you would when placing a house (getting an overhead screen, etc). For the most part, I've had no problem when placingstreetlamps/statues & fountainsnear houses and the city hall...but when I get near, say, the bank or a merchant tent...I can't place fountains and statues.

It says that I can't place a decoration near the structure (Bank, Merchant Tent), even though thefootprint room is available. This is proving a problem, as we want to place an information sign near our shuttleport/bank/bazaar area...but can't because it simply won't let me. Even when I'm on the shuttleport footprint, it says I'm too close to Bank.

It's odd, because I didn't have any problems with placing streetlamps, or fountains near the city hall.

Can there be some sort of relaxtion on the decoration building near Banks & Merchant Tents?
