As odd as that sounds, I have to agree... Just think merchants keeping thier vendors after dropping the whole skill tree.

Ok, so here is what is happening. Our mayor is chasing the holo dream. So he has to give up being a politician. We alreay have someone that is going to run against the mayor, and take over the politician duties. But unfortunately, not all members have changed their votes yet, due to inactivity, or just not reading their email.


So here is the scenario. If the current mayor gives up all of his politician skills, what would happen? Would he lose all votes, and in tern automatically give the person that is going to take over automatic control of the city once the next update occurs? Or would we be in a messed up position?
