Thread: placing a house in player city
before i do that will like to ask some questions to ensure nothing goes wrong.
- can the mayor remove or destroy my house in anyway which will cause me to lose the house and the items in it.
- if the mayor bans me from city how could i retrieve my house and the items in it

No and Yes ...
A mayor can neither destroy nor move your house, he can't even see who it belongs to. He can although require you to pay up to 50% property tax ... effectivly increasing the maintenance of your house by up to 50% ... but he can't tax your house seperatly .. so he would be taxing all his citizens with this rate.
And you can only be /cityban'ed from civic buildings ... you can still move around frealy in any private buildings and in the streets, pick up your stuff, or just stay there
