Is there any way to tell if a planet is at its caps, besides counting registered cities/shuttle ports?

I think it woud be a great idea that at Spaceports you can find a Planetary Terminal that will list all the cities, number of cits and ranking. That be kewl.

Bummer, citizensdont take it to well when you have to tell them you got a letter saying no advancment for you..
Some tool for this would be a great help to existing and future mayors. It dosent have to list cities by name, just the amount of wich size, and weather or not that size is capped from growth.
