can someone please tell me how i can make my cloner neutral?

Your mayor will have to be neutral when he/she places the structure.

ok, so i went neutral, placed my cloner, had someone clone there and test that it worked, which it did... great.

however, now we are having an issue with people cloning under the cloner (not inside, ghosted under). Is this an issue that will fix itself upon reset, or should i file a ticket? They should be cloining at the nearest location, but it is only giving them the option for 'unknown', not closest or pre-determined.

any help would be great

have you submitted a CSR ticket? it might help

give as much detail about your problem as possible, and state that you're the mayor.
