Can you go up more than one rank after one week is finished? What if I start out with around 5 citizens, then get 50+ by week's end? Do I have to wait 4 weeks for it to get up to level 4, or does the city jsut jump right up into shape?

Are you kidding me? So its easily gonna be practically christmas before I can fly the 7km out to my city? That's rather rediculous, I'd have to say.

You must spend one week at each rank, so:

Day 1 (week zero)- City Hall planted, Outpost created

Day 8 (week one) - Evolve to Village

Day 15 (week two) - Evolve to Township

Day 22 (week three) - Evolve to City, place Shuttleport

Day 29 (week four) - Evolve to Metropolis, build Ewok huts, hire Superman, fight against Lex Luthor's diabolical schemes.
