What are the highest possible tax-rates?

How often can they be changed?

With 2000% property-tax all harvesters will be damaged after two days, all with only 25k maintanance will be damaged after one day. How long will it takes to get rid of them? I never let the maintanance running below 0, so I dont know.

What happens, when houses reach 0? will they poof immidiately? Will you loose your ability to vote, because you lost your residence?

Will you be able as a resident to see the taxrates? Will you get a message, if changed?

How short before the collecting of the income-tax can a change of the taxrate occur? 1 minute, 1 hour, 1 week?

If your harvester become a "citymember" because a playercity expanded, will you get a message? Can you even see it, if your harvester is taxed?

It would be nice, if any mayor could answer this.

Thanks a lot for these answers!

Now I can calm down and I can become happy

btw: has someone tried to set the taxrates to 32767, 65535, 65536, 4294967295, 4294967296, -1? I am asking because of the former schematic-bug: 101-999 wasnt possible, 1000 was

Tax Rates:

Income Tax - 1000 credits a week max
Property Tax - 50% max(applied to the hourly rate of maintenance)
Sales Tax = 20% max(applied directly to the price on vendor)

I am pretty sure anyone can walk into city hall(if they aren't banned) and view the taxes, city buildings, and many other types of information.
