If someone is a Master Mayor and they have 2 specialisations and all the perks lke exotic gardens, shuttle ports and factional mission terminals. What happens if a Novice Politician takes over?

Will those perks be destroyed or will the Novice Mayor just not be able to place new ones or move the old ones?

The buildings belong to the City, so as long as the city's rank and radius can support them, they will be fine.

I am not sure about the specializations, though. There hasn't been any information on whether they will successfully pass from one mayor to another.
