Alrighty folks. I got a SUBSTANTIAL problem here. Our ex mayor dropped close to 20 mill into the treasury, about a month ago. We're now down to 660k. What the heck happened? And no, I didn't embezzle (sp?) the funds out. I took 50k out, then put it back in, not an hour later (that's how I found out about our new budget). Is this a bug or something others are facing? I'll be submitting a CSR ticket next time I log in, but I wanted to ask my fellow mayors if this is an issue for them as well. Thanks!

Thx KJ.
We're still a Metropolis. I don't think we maxed anything out, other than trainers. I submitted a CSR-ticket, but haven't heard anything ![]()

It is possible that you have many things over what you city can support and are thus being charged a penalty for them...for example
City reached lvl5 and all the lights, gardens etc. are capped.
City drops to lvl3 or 4 and they all remain. Those over the limit are fined a huge fee. Going on long enough withou correction, those fees add up really fast. Enough to go through 20Mil? Im not sure..the fees did seem very steep though.
Now if that's not what happened..then it is a bug and you need to /bug it and get in touch with a CSR about it.

Do you know how much your weekly fees are? Check your emails and see what is removed from the treasury on a weekly basis. My city is a Metropolis and I try to keep our maintenance fees around 500k per week. One cycle though we had many trainers and it pushed it up around 712 per week.

We're paying 552k per week. In six weeks time, that should be close to, what, 3-4 mill? It definitely didn't cost 3-4 mill per week. I submitted a bug report, and STILL no response. /frustrated

BUG report or TICKET?
If you typed /bug : you will never have an anwser
You have to fill a ticket if you want an anwser.

Yep. Filed it through the "Top Known Issues" Knowledge Base where it says "Let me file my ticket anyway," or something like that. Funny, I got a response about credit farmers in less than 24 hours, and I've been waiting 6 days to hear about my city's treasury. Interesting.

CSR-rules to manage tickets
...
Rule 6 - wait at least 3 hours before you rpely to harassment ticket to be sure the log is emptied
Rule 7 - Politicians are rich and worthless. If they have an issue, either don't anwser or tell them they have enought money to start a new city
Rule 8 - Rangers are worthless, don't take time to anwser
