So i was stalking the Devs via the Dev Tracker earlier today and something Tiggs responded to about Condemned/Inactive Structures/Characters caught my eye.

if they finally do do it it would only be a year after they said it was comin gin one of the next few patches. on SOE timeline frs for jedi will be back in the year 2027

If it is going to the "in development" forum, its still a ways out. If she had said it was going to be annouced on TC...then that would be worth getting excited about.

On Bria guys we are dying for space and the resources of this mess is killing our server each day for about 4 hours... and we crash all the time right now.
We need this so bad it is not even funny.

Speaking of the House Packup - anyone know when this is scheduled to hit Live?

I guess that they will let the house packup go live for a bit first (as bugs seem to appear in live that were not on test - no bugs in the packup that I have seen yet on test).
They then need to work a way around houses with terminated accounts that potentially have vendors inside them - that is a bit more tricky.

Just read Publish 24 notes on TC....no purge.I told you, we could be waiting till Publish 34 for this thing. Don't hold your breath.

As far as i'm aware this won't be an issue anymore as vendor items expire after 30 days, then stay in your stockroom for 30 (or 60) days and then are deleted anyway, and once your vendor is emtpy it is also removed after a period of time.
Being as they said it would only hapen for chars unused for over 6 months then we should be safe (fingers crossed)
