Especiall martial III, what is the point in having an extra 50% bonus to defense if you cant attack people, i hope they have some ideas on replacing those boxes with things that can be used cause now they will be the last on my list of skills to get.

I really want those, and so do our citizens.

Thing is, get a Field Hospital, 3-4 days grinding FP's and you have mission terms, hospital, bank term, recruiters & guards and doesnt require going up the martial line, and costs almost 0 to run due to kickbacks on missions

Sad but true, for something like that, a faction base is probably superior, apart from the fact that it's 6 lots and the med center isnt auto-healing.

Militia was the only real reason to go much further up that line - to get stronghold - and now the militia are toothless

IMO /citywarn should stay in, and militia should get a bonus in offence & defence, but not be invulnerable or god-like.

Force remove cities from POI areas.

Do not allow people with citywarn TEF to clone in the city they were warned in.

Allow cities to declare for a faction. Do not allow placement of faction deeds unless city is declared.

Do not allow opposing faction to clone in factioned cities. (So they can't be griefed with scanners and other things)

I liketh your ideas a lot.

They sure are better than this completely ridiculous band-aid "fix" the devs are pushing on their customers now.

The delete what cannot be quick fixed policy should be abolished pretty quick before we have no game left. They deleted parts of the FWG5 cause they were being made to powerful so they just delete the parts... No there are too many doods with cities at places they shouldnt in the first place so now militia gets deleted instead of punishing just those that were abusing it. Dont be so quick to just remove something because there is no quick fix to the problem. Remove those that are in violation and spend a little thought in what your actions will cause and come up with a solution that doesnt include features that would make that job/profession/area worth doing.

Sadly, I will be getting fountains now, instead of looking forward to some PvP fun. Martial Policy III and IV why bother? When we heard cities were coming and we'd have tools like city warn to use in trying to control an area, we all got excited. Without /citywarn a player city is jusr another place to clone.

Once the citywarn is removed, my martial line will be the LAST thing I work up to. There is absolutely no point to it after that except to get master politician. I have streetlamps outside my city named "This is an Imperial Town" and "Rebels caught entering city will be shot on sight."

If they're dumb enough to walk in after seeing those on the only real directions one would be coming into my city from, then that's thier problem not mine. To remove citywarn is to get rid of the ONLY realistic benefit of PC's aside from the enhanced crafting skills. I mean seriously, who's idea was this? You remove something simply because you're too worried about adding content that should have been added BEFORE you made up pay for the final stage of your beta-testing. *SHEESH*
