1. SOmeone placed a faction "mine marker" in our town like 6 months ago, and we cant figure out how to remove it. How do you if you are not the one who placed it?

2. I am a mayor and I accidently placed 2 streetlamps on top of another and I am unble to remove any of of them because it reads "you are unable to see object". I tried /destroy, /move, /rotate, and align, it states I cannot see it? How do I move it?
