I am asking, no begging, all politicians, and concerned citizens, to post DAILY requests for the reincorporation of /citywarn.

I have been working with three Rebel guilds, all muture RPers, under the premise that would build a safe haven city for Jedi characters. With the removal of /citywarn, there goes the entire premise and plotline for our city.

I don't even know how this will affect Martial Policy III, Stronghold status yet.

I understand there are some griefer kids out there, but why do the devs have to ruin it for everyone, becuase of a handful of bad apples?

There has to be a better solution than just killing it.

I fear now a mass exodus from my city, and for that matter the cancellation of my second account for Mayor, as it will be pretty useless once all the people have have worked so hard to create this city leave, becuase it will never serve our long term vision.

People worked hard to get us there, and now just to have it all taken away, is the kind of dissapointment that is slowly causing some people to throw thier hands up in the air in disgust and quit.

Also, please send mail to Plinka, and let her know exactly how this affected you and/or why it should be restored.

Our city is essentially nullified because we can no longer ensure that the population will consist almost entirely of RP'ers. We had advertised that spammers and people who refused to stay even slightly in character would get run out of town, and built a solid population on that premise. Now we have to put up with them just like in any NPC city. Why should our citizens stay then?

Jeez, I thought that's what this was supposed to be.....a Role Playing game.

All i can say if people have problems with /citywarn/ban then they should wait for barney online to come out. or play sims online. What good is having a city if you can't comtrol it !

When it became an abuse of game mechanics it was no longer an RP issue small one.

Any one group of these kids can turn your character unplayable until they see fit to let you walk out of their city. Where is the RP in that? There isn't any. It's just purely vindictive, and churlish behaviour. Kill-clone-warn-kill (ad nauseaum) must not be tolerated any more than if I were to walk into your little hovel and just start killing all of you with one hit wonder weapons that allow me to shoot you even though we have no flags to each other.

Grow up. They'll have to take it out until there's a fix. Cry me a bloody river. You might have to wait, what?, a couple months. I have an architect, we waited months just to be able to craft some of our stuff. You are not special in that way.
