I dunno if it s on purpose, so before i submit it as a bug, i d like to know if you too have missing trainers in the list you can recruit, or you have it all, or Bio Engineer trainer is really missing.

My mayor noticed this as well... I guess it got missed somehow... I hope a fix is in the works...
