does any other city have this problem? we placed the shuttleport 2 days ago and it worked fine. the only thing i did was changing the tax to 150creds/ticket.

Haven't had this problem, no, but a lot of shuttleport problems can be fixed by redeeding the shuttleport. You might want to try it.

Same problem, set the tax to 0 and the shuttle port does not work now.

The bug caused by setting the tax to zero can be solved by simply re-deeding and replacing the shuttle port.

The bug the original poster is describing is different.Both terminals (management andticket)and the droid disappear. This has happened to our shuttle too. This can not be fixed by redeeding since there is no terminal to re-deed it with.

I just fixed the missing terminals problem by redeeding the shuttle in my City. Just stand somewhere inside it and type /destroystructure. You get the same confirmation window as when you destroy a house.

And yes... you do get the deed back
