Thread: Punish the cities.
Yes we had a imp guild who raided our city the day we got our shuttle well we killed them all off they cloned away from our city but some moron kept cloning in our city we citybanned him but he kept cloning so everytime he steped out that cloner someone would /citywarn him we would hunt hjim down and kill him
Now after like the 10th time of recloning there i lost my temper this time and incapped him but didn't death blow id wait for him to get up and incap again.
Before you say i was griefing witch looking back i was and i apoligized to him and the guild for doing so. At the time i was upset and didn't ocure to me that this was the grief everyone was talking about.
Anyway my thoughts on the matter are he brought greif to himself 10 times he could have cloned esle where but he didn't so if he obvisoly didn't want to leave i was gonna make him miserable if he stayed for attcking my people.
I was wrong and i am sorry
But .... why not clone somewhere else your inviting grief and in a way greifing the city so it goes both ways
If that person had not cloned anywhere on your planet, their only option is "closest" cloning center (yours). Therefore, they didn't have anywhere else to clone to.
This is being fixed, in that "closest" will now be the nearest NPC cloning center. You can still set your cloning to be a PC cloning center, but you have to do that on purpose prior to dying.
If a militia member is guilty of griefing, fine the city 100k. Simple.
Perhaps mayors will be more careful who they choose as militia members.
Don't punish the community to hurt the griefers.
